I am Dana Charmine, the Founder and CEO of Essential Leader. With over 25 years of experience, I specialize in motivating teams to achieve their highest potential. I hold licenses and certifications in Leadership Development training, coaching, and public speaking. Furthermore, I am certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and in Youth Mentorship. Throughout my career, I've gained extensive experience working across diverse industries, providing consultation services to individuals at all levels, ranging from senior executives to front-end users. My expertise encompasses a wide spectrum of fields, including IT, marketing, sales, web development, construction, and beyond. My passion for leadership stems from the profound appreciation I have for the skills, knowledge, and character essential for effective leadership.
