Dana Charmaine is the Founder and CEO of Essential Leader. With over 25 years of experience, she specializes in motivating teams to achieve their highest potential. She holds licenses and certifications in leadership development, coaching, public speaking, team building, youth mentorship, and a certified Maxwell D.I.S.C. Behavior Analyst, Trainer and Consultant. Furthermore, she is a Project Management Professional (PMP).
Throughout her career, she has gained extensive experience working across diverse industries, providing consultation services to individuals at all levels ranging from senior executives to front-end users. Dana Charmaine’s expertise encompasses a wide spectrum of fields, including IT, marketing, sales, web development, construction, cosmetology, fashion and more.
